The cantilever robot intelligent welding workstation, combined with the Baichu intelligent welding system and the large line scanning stereo camera, has added special functions such as point cloud reconstruction and large line scanning initial positioning. It can choose between model driven machining (directly importing Tekla, SOLIDWORKS, or UG 3D model files) and non drawing machining (generating point cloud data through workpiece scanning, reverse reconstruction, and automatic model generation) to directly match welding process parameters, automatically identify the precise position of the weld seam, and generate the optimal welding process for welding. This not only improves the accuracy and speed of welding, but also greatly enhances the flexibility and adaptability of machining. The robot is equipped with an automatic gun cleaning device. The track length can be adjusted according to the user's requirements
The length of the workpiece is determined, and the track is equipped with an automatic lubrication device to ensure flexible operation.
This device is suitable for workpieces made by splicing horizontal and vertical plates, and supports straight, circular, curved, flat welding, and vertical welding processing. There are comprehensive solutions for common steel structures such as H-beams (equal intercept variable intercept, cow legs), plate elements, and partition workpieces, as well as flexible handling of complex components such as T-shaped platforms, U-shaped ribs, and pipe fittings. It can be widely used in industries such as steel structure, bridges, shipbuilding, etc.
