The gantry style robot intelligent welding workstation is equipped with the Baichu non teaching welding system and Baichu large distance seam finder. It can directly import 3D model files from Tekla, SOLIDWWORKS, or UG, match welding process parameters directly, automatically identify the precise position of the weld seam, and generate the optimized welding process for welding. Robot equipped with automatic gun cleaning device.
A single set covers a width of 2.5 meters, and two sets can cover a 5-meter workpiece when combined. The track length can be customized according to the product, and users can determine the required track length based on the length of the workpiece, making the application more flexible.
At present, it is mainly used for welding H-shaped steel ordinary reinforcement plates, horizontal and vertical reinforcement plates, column bottom plates, purlin support plates, cow legs and other structures.
The advantage of the gantry style is that it can lift workpieces in batches to the workstation, saving lifting time.
