　　The cantilever 9-axis robot is a high-precision and highly flexible automated welding workstation. This workstation adopts a cantilever structure, and the robot can move in the X, Y, and Z directions, suitable for welding various medium and large components, especially workpieces with high welding heights. Combined with 9-axis linkage control technology, it has the ability to achieve high flexibility and intelligent welding functions in a wide range of work spaces.

　　This workstation is equipped with the Baichu intelligent welding system, a large line scanning stereo camera, and new specialized functions such as point cloud data and reverse modeling. It can choose between two solutions: model driven machining (directly importing Tekla, Solidwork, or UG 3D model files) and non drawing machining (generating point cloud data by scanning workpieces, and automatically generating models through reverse reconstruction). It can generate welds with one click, match welding processes with one click, and use an arc tracking system to correct welding paths in real time. Finally, it can perform intelligent welding with one click. In addition, the robot is equipped with an automatic gun cleaning device. Suitable for automated welding needs in heavy steel structures, shipbuilding, bridge steel structures, electrical equipment, and pressure vessels.
